Cost is nothing for her....The clients pay $210.00 ( Membership includes their offer flyer printed) to join and $3.00 a home visit. Most areas do at least 30-40 home visits a month, that's down a bit naturally, w/RE sales down, but in a new area we go back a year(transfers) with visits . She would make 50% of her sales, 25% when signed & 25% after client is Rep'd in 1st month of visits. She would also start out making 25% of her gross billing of home visits ie; $3.00x40 visits x say 30 clients= gross billing x 25% = Rep pay for visits. The % pd on visits can go up to 40% as they sign on more and more new clients. Once going it's faboulous for the businesses, we also encourage them to do a follow up program. Krissy could do it there...she does have to go to businnesses. I could coach her on it. I usually get the Reps started on sales, but with the knowledge why and how it makes sense for businesses to be part of it, she'd be fine.( plus she'd get the training materials They get paid for signing businesses and home visits.
