35 ft. to 15 ft.; to increase building coverage from 20% to 29.2% for
res. addition (RA-20 Zone).
NEW BUSINESS:
#10-06 - POSTPONED from 1/14/10: Michael A. Zarour, Executor, Estate of Lillian G. Zarour, 9 Hobson Street (G15317), 37 Victor Street (G15235), Sec.4.C.3., to reduce
min. front yard on Hobson from 20 ft. to 11 ft.; to reduce min. req'd.
